Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping (United States & Worldwide) We ship internationally to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties All international shipping Duties and taxes imposed by their country are free. HydraGlow ship DDP all the items and is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
